Together against the tide

One boat, 8 rowers, one cox and all good things come in threes.

The team-building event on 22 August 2023 as part of the BGM project "MUSTANG" can be summarised in these key points.

Three boats with 27 participants bravely plunged into the waters of the Elbe in Königsstein and paddled two stages to Pirna. Although they braved steamers, strong headwinds and the scorching sun with persistent paddle strokes, there was plenty of time to get to know their colleagues better.

In addition to private details and stories in casual conversation, professional careers, strengths and weaknesses in the team and the organisation, as well as opportunities for improvement were addressed and discussed in a moderated manner.

The event was accompanied by a colleague with a bicycle and camera on the Elbe cycle path to make this achievement unforgettable.
