We are happy to calibrate temperature sensors manufactured by us and other providers at our independent, DAkkS accredited calibration laboratory CENTROCAL GmbH along with providing analyses and advice on measuring technology. We also keep an eye on the life calibration data and recalibration cycles for your measuring technology in the process. As a result, you can rely on consistent, high-precision measurement results.

RÖSSEL-Messtechnik provides additional leak tests for measurement applications in vacuum chambers or at high pressures up to 500 bar. We perform leak tests on prototypes and serial devices, testing the sensors with liquids at room temperature.

X-ray testing allows us to look at the inner workings of temperature sensors. We X-ray sensors as small as 0.15mm to determine the location of the measurement point in sheathed thermocouples, to check connections in sensors, or to conduct weld evaluations for example. Product life often depends on the quality of weld seams, particularly for dynamic processes. X-ray testing gives you valuable information to help optimize your processes.

Get assurance that the required standards are satisfied for special applications such as ATEX or marine approvals with our Declarations of Conformity. By issuing the declaration, we also confirm that we comply with the standards and safeguard you with all the required documentation.

We offer a number of coatings to extend the service life and maintenance cycles of your temperature sensors. Coatings protect the thermometers from wear, making them more resistant to media such as acids, bases, oils, etc.
